Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Yes, since we serve the local area, the only expense for the customer is the cost of the session that was booked. Exceptions for this are only for special events that may be outside our local area.
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of west Tennessee?
Unfortunately, we do not travel outside of the local area for photoshoots. There are some exceptions so please feel free to contact us and we may be able to help.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Yes, we can definitely help you customize every aspect of the process. We will do our best to work within your budget to find solutions that meet your desired needs.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
All photos are thoroughly proofed and edited within the first few days of the session. All images will be delivered within 7 days of your scheduled session.
